Pause Breathe Smile :)

Hola, In the middle block today we did our second lesson of Pause Breathe Smile. For those who don't know PBS helps you reveal your inner mindfulness. My point of view on the PBS, its calming & I think it'd be helpful towards the people who have a lot of things going on in their mind to get a glimpse out of reality.
