Growth Mindset

In class we talked about what we think growth mindset means. After we each made a quote starting with the first letter in our names.

I found it quite hard because my name starts with a 'U' , but it turned out okay.

SLJ Week 5 Day 4 - Camping Hacks

A list of things you could take on your excursion / camping this summer.

Shelter & Bed Supplies:

• Tent 

• Tarp  *in case of rain/hail during the day/night*

• Groundsheet

• Sleeping Bag

• Blanket

• Pillow

Protection & Self Care:

• Sunscreen

• Flashlight/Torch

• Mosquito Repellent/Bug Spray

• First Aid Kit

• Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, Floss

• Hat (preferably a bucket hat)

Furniture:

• Fold able Chair

• Mini Table

Necessities:

• Pocket Knife *in case of emergencies or problems* (only bring out and use if necessary)

• Rubbish Bags

• Matches

• Suitable Shoes/Boots

• 1L / 2L Of Water

Food Is Up To You, But Reduce Bringing Plastic

SLJ Week 5 Day 3 - Summer Song Maker

I think this reminds me of summer because the different tunes at once describes how the weather in Auckland Nz  is unpredictable, Bipolar Weather. The different tunes at once also explain to me how annoying it is when one time its sunny then the next time its raining. But overall the music has happy and upbeat tunes explaining that summer to me is a cheerful time.

SLJ Week 4 Day 5 - Summer Collage

For this activity I made a collage based on what I like to do during the summer holidays.  I enjoy going to the beach, eating/drinking cold stuff to cool me down, going to the park, swimming at times and mostly just staying home.
